During the 1950's, the Gay Fad Studio was located just across the street from Anchor Hocking's plant in Lancaster, Ohio, where Fire-King was made. Gay Fad Studios hand-painted pieces of Hazel-Atlas and Fire-King ovenware in anchorwhite and ivory in various designs.
